Study visa benefit
Momentum Medical Scheme pays for your chest x-ray and medical report for your study visa
Please note that your membership needs to be active to qualify for this benefit.
You do not need to consult a doctor to get a referral for the chest x-ray, and we pay for tariff code 30100 only.
What you need to do for the medical report:

Visit any Ingwe Active Network doctor to complete the medical report
What you need to do for the radiology report:
Print out the Radiology request form and the Department of Home Affairs form
Visit any radiologist in South Africa and take the forms with you
